Tarangire Day Safari
A full day among Tarangire's baobabs and elephant herds, the easiest big park to reach from Arusha.
Tarangire Day Safari · 9–10 hours
Package Overview
Tarangire is two hours from Arusha and famous for two things: ancient baobab trees and big families of elephants that gather along the Tarangire River, especially in the dry season. You'll also see zebra, giraffe, buffalo and often lion, and more than 550 bird species have been recorded here. If you only have one day for a safari, this is the one we recommend.
