Misali Island
A boat trip to Misali Island, a protected reef with clear water, turtles and nature trails through the island forest.

A full-day trip with snorkelling on the reef, a forest walk and a beach lunch. Divers can swap snorkelling for two dives on the coral walls.

Day 3 • Ngezi Forest & Vumawimbi Beach
Vumawimbi Beach
Walk through Ngezi Forest, home to the Pemba flying fox found nowhere else, then continue to Vumawimbi, one of the island's longest and emptiest beaches.

A guided walk of about two hours with a forest ranger, followed by an afternoon at Vumawimbi Beach.
